Berries and Tuiles

Berries and Tuiles

I was super honored when The Petite Cook, Andrea, collaborated with me on a recipe for her ever fabulous website www.thepetitecook.com which is full of delicious and easy to execute recipes. My girlfriend is NOT a cook, but while I was away on my MasterChef adventure she tried a few of the website’s recipes, Gordon Ramsay inspired Sweetcorn Fritters with Yogurt dip, Cooking with Masterchef Luca Manfé – The Best Meatballs in the world, and the Italian Fried Mozzarella Sandwich and she was thrilled with the results! I created the Berries & Tuiles recipe and really love the pairing and texture of the tuiles with the berries and berry sauce. Top that off with the citrusy flavor of the Buddha’s hand which compliments perfectly with the chocolate and you have one scrumptious dessert. Check out the recipe and article, Cooking with Stephen Lee US Masterchef 6 – Tuiles and Berries and have fun perusing the rest of Andrea’s website!
